A street cat named Bob has died in the UK

Street cat Bob passed away on June 15 at the age of 14. This was reported by the cat’s owner, street musician and author of a book about Bob - James Bowen.

James met Bob in 2007. He lived in social housing, earned money performing on the street and tried to get rid of drug addiction, and found a cat in the entrance. He spent the last of his money on treating the cat’s leg wound and tried to find new owners for it, but Bob didn’t want to leave and stayed with James. James became attached to the cat and thanks to the care of it was able to give up dependence.

The red-haired street cat was loved by fans around the world and now, along with its owner, mourn this loss.
